Cancellation by Nexilent Services LLP
Webinar Reschedule: In the rare event that a webinar must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified immediately of the new date and time. Participants will have the option to attend the webinar at the rescheduled time or request a full refund.
Speaker Unavailability: If a webinar is canceled due to the unavailability of the scheduled speaker, registered participants will be informed as soon as the situation is known. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund.
Cancellation by Participant
Due to the nature of our scheduling and the commitments made to our speakers and participants, we are unable to accommodate cancellations from participants once registration is complete. We encourage participants to review their schedules and commitments before registering to ensure they can attend the webinar.
Refund Process
Eligibility: Refunds are only processed in the event of a webinar cancellation or rescheduling initiated by Nexilent Services LLP.
Initiating a Refund: Eligible participants seeking a refund must contact Nexilent Services LLP within a specified period from the date of cancellation notice, typically within 7 days, to request a refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow a certain number of business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Nexilent Services LLP. Circumstances that may warrant an exception include serious personal illness or other significant personal emergencies. Documentation may be requested to support the exception.
